I just ordered from this company and I'm shocked to see these reviews I seen another site and they stated they were good. I have not received my product as of yet, but this makes me very nervous. I normally stay with the same company, so I don't have to deal with hassles if anything may come damaged, which I only dealt with twice, but it was corrected immediately, but my client wanted these charger plates she seen from the website. fingers are cross will keep you updated.

I will never shop with this company again. I ordered a dance floor In June and I still have not received my order!! I have emailed this company regarding canceling my order and was told that I would be charged a 200+ by someone name Deun W. This is insane! Why should I have to pay to restock something that has never shipped out! It's not like I'm returning the order, I am simply canceling MY ORDER. I have had to cancel several events due to not having this product in a timely matter. Buyer beware. Lesson learned. I won't purchase from them again!!!

I want to say with all the available sources to order products on line many are unbendable with returns or cancelations. Our designer, for my daughter's wedding, advised us that the product we had ordered would not work in the wedding space after we had placed our order from Event Decor Direct. As it was only 48 hours after we ordered, I quickly went on line and explained the situation and also sent an email. Within days I received a full refund! I have purchased from Event Decor Direct a few times, all large orders. All items are quality and on time delivery. Customer service is very helpful as well! Love the loyalty points, I will purchase again.

$73.51. Paid $73.51 for garbage. Not one piece is 60" most are close to 48" tall and the plumes are so tiny nothing like the pictures. Don't waste your money with this company. Not at all what they advertise. $73.51 down the drain. So disappointed would never recommend this company.

I ordered a blind from Interiordecordirect.co.uk on 1 October 2019.

I rang them many times (lost count of how many times), they did not answer the phone, or they just hung up.

I also e-mailed them several times, they only answered one of the
e-mails, of which was no help at all.

My blind eventually turned up on 16 October 2019.

I will not be using them again, and would not recommend them to anyone.

Very disappointed with the company.

I placed an order from them and per their website the order should have been here last week, they sat on it until the deadline. The solution that they offered after you couldn't get anyone to respond over a week was to ask me to pay over $400 for shipping to get it here 1 day sooner. Ridiculous terrible customer service! They all have attitudes or don't know anything or don't respond in a timely fashion.

Not a good company. The knowingly ship out defective merchandise and they also do not post bad product reviews on their website. I wrote a bad review about a product I received defective from them numerous times and the review never showed up on the site. Very dishonest company. Shipping is also very slow.

Product and quality is good. The one disappointment is that I received one upright pipe damage. There was a dent in one of the pole and it was hard to put it in or take out. I know that one of the pole was mail to me intentionally, because The carton and wrapping was in good condition, no holes on carton or carton crushed. I didn’t have enough time to mail the product back and get a replacement on time for my event so I end up keeping the dent upright pipe.
